Professional Dog Care Centre

Just on the outskirts of Winchester, nestled in the hamlet of Chilcomb is The Barn; Happy Hounds’s very own doggy day care centre. The barn is a renovated brick and flint farm building, that was converted in 2015 to a fully licenced doggy day care centre and dog food shop. From the 1500 sq ft site, Happy Hounds run their boutique doggy day care service which is fully licenced by Winchester City Council animal welfare.

With a capacity of 15 dogs it is one of the smallest centres in the area, but with such a small number of dogs Happy Hounds can offer a more intimate care experience than many larger centres. The barn also houses a small dog food shop which stocks Nutriment RAW dog food. Customers regularly purchase food from the shop when collecting their dogs, however a free delivery service is also available in the Winchester area.
